BAGLEY, MN (NBC) - A bouncing baby boy is doing well after being born behind the wheel.
Amanda jumped in the car and drove the 30 miles to the hospital, her husband, Joe Phillips is unable to drive due to seizures but did have to take the wheel briefly while the baby was coming out.
