This morning I am pretty certain he said "ma ma" while we drove to the sitters. I was quite excited but still need to confirm this laters. I love to have long conversations with him in the car, well we do our brief motor to Jenny's during the weekday. We discuss the usual....what he will be doing with Brook that day....did he take his socks off yet in the car seat....are his teeth bothering him. Then we branch into the unusual....what animal will go extinct next....and of course my favorite subject...Neuroscience. When he was hanging our my mid-section for 9 months, I had long conversations with him and after I gave birth I spent two delightful months continuing to talk to my gut. I am sure my kidneys were highly entertained!
So no handmade mothers day card for me, but I could get baby calling Dr. Bunny "ma ma" if i am ever so lucky. (note: Nick has been doing some very creative things with the Rolling Stone Magazine of late, lets just say, Fergie from the Black Eye Peas, was creatively redesigned by Nick's tiny oral cavity and his three new bicuspids!)
