Vacation hang-over

Went to Montana this week for some R&R. Right now I am suffering from a serious vacation hang-over. You know the feeling, don't quite want to revisit the life you left but remain, permanently, in the vacation brain set. No worries a nice slice of Monday morning worksies, should kick the hang-over right out of my zone of happiness.

To get a truly awesome vacation hang-over, one needs several elements: Hot spring, great mountains, snuggle time with my boys, awesome food, and of course perfect mountain air. The place to gain this perfection is Chico Hot Springs. I go there to escape the crazy fast paced world that we frequently get sucked into. For instance, I leave the laptop at home, and my cell phone becomes absent from my person.

This trip I was greatly amused at several peoples actions in Chico, particularly the gentleman who was in such a hurry for breakfast, did not wait for the waitress to seat him and then went out to the hot springs and had one of the most pointless cell phone conversations I have ever heard, while swinging his leg. Dude, your pointless cell conversation and your impatience in the restaurant did not at all impress me. It is you, who I go to Chico to escape!  So don't follow me into my zone of perpetual happiness and zen.
