launching...

Am teaching Nick how to climb up and down the stairs.  He has the up bit, pretty good.  We are still working on the down bit.  The other night, I was in the attic, and he waived goodbye to me.  When the kid waves bye bye you better be prepared to move cuz he is leaving!  Nick did, he ran toward the stairs and launched himself into space!  Lucky I was right on him and grabbed him by his shirt, before he hit the 2nd step, he missed the first step entirely.  Next time he launches into space, I hope he has a different form of transport.  His current mode of transport will leave way to much damage!

Somehow Nick launching his tiny body into space and Christmas remind me of Firefly.  Go to the sky my baby boy, get away from here...
