Going to have to with believing the following...I find Scientology fairly sketchy in almost every degree. This from salon.com only substantiates things. Beyond the aborting baby issue even more annoying is these mere children are being put into this program Sea Org. They should be at home, not with strangers, and def. not working full time. What is wrong with these children's parents? The parents are probably true believers. Believing in something like Scientology or basically anything that one follows blindly is dangerous. One must always manifest independent thought beyond any group or body one is involved in. Sure the church of Scientology can sniffle about and saying they had nothing to do with what has happened but a mother knows. These woman were manipulated into believing one thing or another, this is abuse.
in the anti-choice camp."
Scientology and coerced abortions
Former members say they were interrogated, isolated and forced to perform manual labor until they gave in
"The Church of Scientology coerces women working for its central management organization into getting abortions, a disturbing new investigation from the St. Petersburg Times alleges. The two-part story profiles several former members of Scientology's highest religious order, Sea Org, who tell stories of intimidation, isolation and forced manual labor for pregnant women who decided to continue their pregnancies. Scientology has no official position on abortion, but if these alarming allegations are true, they place the organization firmlyin the anti-choice camp."
