Memorial Day Weekend proved to be the same...cold, windy, rainy. Both Nick and I now sport coughs. The river is rising and will flood various parts of the city. At this point, if we want warmth, sunny regions, and flood free zones, we need to look elsewhere. In a few brief days I will bask in the glow of the golden sun, with my feet drenched with salt water and sand.
