dead things & mob bosses...

Went to the Target realm yesterday to gather the usual...diapers and cat litter.  Seems like a lot of things in our household center around poop related activities now.  Just outside of Target I saw a little bird that had mashed its tiny brains out on the Target windows.  Then it occurred to me, that this is the first time I have seen a dead bird with all its itty bitty parts attached.  The last time I saw a dead bird fully formed, and not in remnants on my patio was years and years ago.

Cats are certainly thorough creatures when it comes to carnage and apparently they have been branching out into other areas like assisting in busting mob bosses...

"A former Miss Iceland has claimed the $2million reward for the tip which led to the arrest of fugitive crime boss James 'Whitey' Bulger.
Anna Bjornsdottir, a 57-year-old yoga instructor who starred in 1974's Miss Universe, tipped off police after recognising Bulger, one of America's most wanted people who had been on the run for 16 years, on a television news report.
She is said to have become friendly with the mobster's long-term partner Catherine Greig in Santa Monica, California, after the two women took a shared interest in a local stray cat."
