Apparently Cain does not know what China has Nuclear weapons and has had them for well, since the damn 60s.  I don't know about were this dude got his education...maybe 1700s?  As this little tidbit was not only mentioned in my gradeschool textbook, but the highschool, and then revisited in college. Guess what Cain...China also had something to do with firecrackers and gunpowder.  As long as we are on subject, they have damn good food too.  Here is a little clip of China's first Nuclear Test, interesting.  I am kinda of insulted we have someone "attempting" to run for president who lacks basic general knowledge of something so simple as Chinese nuclear testing.   Next thing he will bring up is he had heard rumors that Russia and the US are in embroiled in a Cold War.
