to be clear...

A perfect example of extremely biased, not very balanced interview is the following: Book News: Outrage After Fox News Interview With 'Zealot' Author.

Just wow...did Fox News anchor Lauren Green get her journalism broadcasting degree off a back of a cereal box? (Wow that is a built insulting to cereal everywhere...sorry).  Oh hey, lets just keep hammering away at the fact Reza Aslan is a Muslim who wrote a book about, OMG Jesus!  No way...

Wait...

"Charges of anti-Muslim prejudice flew thick and fast following Fox News anchor Lauren Green's interview with Reza Aslan, a religious scholar and the author of Zealot: The Life and Times of Jesus of Nazareth in which she repeatedly asked Aslan why, as a Muslim, he is interested in writing about Jesus' life. Aslan emphasized that he is a historian, answering, "Well, to be clear, I am a scholar of religions with four degrees, including one in the New Testament, and fluency in biblical Greek, who has been studying the origins of Christianity for two decades, who also just happens to be a Muslim."

So I busted a move to Amazon.com to check out this Reza Aslan's book Zealot. Read a few reviews, they also seem to trend toward the "He is a Muslim who wrote a book about "OMG Jesus!!!" After reading some of the reviews on amazon, there were some really well written ones, from people who "obviously" read the book, I decided to disregard a large quantity of the reviews that are quite clearly written by people who either didn't read the book or are not very scholarly or balanced mentally.  If a Christian wrote a book about Muhammad, I doubt we would see the same interview tactics used by Lauren Green. Something to think about...
