Hungry?

Stopped at Panchero's for lunch today.  Mostly cuz I was so totally mentally lost this morning that making a lunch was beyond my normal average abilities.  Could have made it last night, but did not.  Went walking, then snuggled with Baby Boo for a bit.  Saw what was available locally and figured my internal organs would preference something better and tastier.  Well Panchero's is serving it up special for a limited time!!! portabella quesadilla...I so love those mushrooms!!
