WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) - Police in Williston arrested a man who allegedly shot a urinal in a local bar.
Authorities said a 21-year-old man fired a shot from a .45-caliber handgun into a urinal in the bathroom at Whispers. Damage was estimated at $500.
