Nick is getting some delightful Periodic Table Building Blocks for Christmas...thank you Think Geek! They showed up yesterday and I was eager to take them out and play with them a bit to make sure they met my expectation of "awesome!" I believe Patrick has seen through my thin veil, as in my main point to have a tiny minion is to play with the toys!!
I was baffled, the blocks were handmade in the United States...what? Really? Something this awesome is still manufactured in the US? In the end, I told Patrick we would have send the blocks back, as they were not dipped in the recommended lead paint, nor made in China. Apparently Uncle Goose Toys also manufactures a few other things as well. Wow, amazing! Now I have two US companies to order from: Marble King and Uncle Goose Toys.
