I did see several people "watching out" the other day. They were watching out while: Speeding, running red lights, tailgating, attempting to pass in blinding conditions, talking on their cell phone. Again, if you drive a larger 4 wheel drive vehicle this does not mean you can take less care then the rest of us! Just because you think you are safer, I am not. Just because you think you can drive closer to my bumper and you will stop sooner, this is a fallacy.
